Ordering, Returns & Shipping Guidelines

Ordering We normally ship chocolates Monday thru Wednesday and on Thursday if the delivery will arrive the next day either via Overnight shipping or is within 1 day service for UPS ground. We do not ship chocolates that will travel over the weekend as this will add additional days to the delivery time and may result in melted chocolates. Orders received after Wednesday will not ship until the following Monday unless overnight or weekend delivery is specified.  Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received and will normally ship within 24 to 48 hours, unless a future date is requested.  Chocolates are selected from our freshest available selections and may differ slightly than what is pictured on our website. Returns We stand behind the quality of our chocolates and guarantee that they will be shipped in top condition.  If you are not satisfied with your order we will refund your order upon return of the product in unused and uneaten condition.  Shipping charges will not be refunded. Shipping We want to guarantee our chocolates arrive in the same condition as when they were shipped from our store so we use packaging that will insulate the chocolates and prevent them from melting.If the weather allows and during cooler months, depending on where the chocolates are shipped, we may ship via UPS ground, 2nd day or 3rd day.
