Mendiants
Our mendiants are a combination of dark, milk and white chocolate studded with a variety of dried fruits, candied flowers and nuts. Mendiants are a traditional French confection composed of a chocolate disk studded with nuts and dried fruits representing the four mendicant or monastic orders.
Pate de Fruit
Our Pate de Fruit are made from the best fruit puree and change seasonally. Our 18 piece gift boxes include a variety of flavors that may include: cassis (black currant), kiwi, raspberry, Morello cherry, pear, mandarin orange, exotic fruits, mango, guava, passion fruit, coconut, strawberry. Origninally, pâte de fruit was called dried jam or confiture sèches. France Today claims this dried jam was invented in the city of Clermont-Ferrand, back in the 10th century, when locals began preserving their apricots in sugar. No matter where it started it is delicious and full or real fruit.
Peanut Butter Pretzel Balls
We take round pretzel balls and cover them in a milk chocolate/peanut butter chocolate then finish them in Peanut Butter Powder. Wow!!

Chocolate Dipped Candied Orange Slices
We searched all over for the best candied oranges and found them in Italy. These are whole slices of candied orange and they have the sweet taste of the Italian sunshine. We dip them in our custom 64% dark chocolate from Valrhona and give you a timeless classic of dark chocolate and orange.
Chocolate Almonds
We take buttery, caramelized almonds and then coat them with dark chocolate, milk chocolate, roasted white chocolate and raspberry chocolate. A great selection of unique flavors all by Valrhona chocolate.
Coconut Tiles
Here is our take on the holiday favorite, haystacks. We toast shredded coconut until it is golden brown and then cover it in our signature dark chocolate. We make thin tiles that are perfect for enjoying both the coconut and chocolate.
Almond Tiles
Our take on the classic chocolate Rocher. We toss slivered and sliced almonds with Kirsch and sugar and then toast them to a golden brown. We then mix them in our signature dark chocolate blend and create thin tiles for you to enjoy!

Caramelized and roasted Macadamia nuts panned in our signature Valrhona 64% dark chocolate then finished with powdered sugar and cardamom.
Grignotine Tiles
One of our holiday favorites is actually so popular we carry it year round. We take toasted almonds, pistachios, candied orange peel, caramelized and puffed rice and coat them in white chocolate. We then make them into thin tiles bursting with flavor.
