Mendiants

Our mendiants are a combination of dark, milk and white chocolate studded with a variety of dried fruits, candied flowers and nuts. Mendiants are a traditional French confection composed of a chocolate disk studded with nuts and dried fruits representing the four mendicant or monastic orders.

Chocolate Dipped Candied Orange Slices

We searched all over for the best candied oranges and found them in Italy. These are whole slices of candied orange and they have the sweet taste of the Italian sunshine. We dip them in our custom 64% dark chocolate from Valrhona and give you a timeless classic of dark chocolate and orange.

Macadamia & Coconut Caramel Corn with White Chocolate

Our artisan caramel corn is made by hand and includes honey and vanilla bean. The Macadamia and Coconut caramel corn is also loaded with toasted coconut and roasted macadamia nuts then generously drizzled with Valrhona white chocolate. This is our staff’s favorite product we make!

Pecan Milk Chocolate Bar

Our custom blend of Valrhona milk chocolates topped with caramelized pecans. This is our most popular bar (by far)!

28 Piece Valentine's Heart Box

We have been busy working on our 2025 William Dean Valentine’s Collections and they will start shipping on January 27th. We have 2 boxes to choose from this year our 19 piece and our 28 piece heart-shaped bon bons both in faux leather keepsake boxes. Our 28 piece heart-shaped box is a larger version of the 19 piece heart box with even more of our amazing heart bon bons. To accompany the dazzling artwork on the outside are some truly amazing combinations of flavors inside which will include an assortment from the following: Bananas Foster, Cassis & Violet, Cappuccino, Cherry Vanilla, Dulce de Leche, Key Lime, Lemon, Macadamia Caramel, Mint Pie, Passion Fruit, PB Krunch, Raspberry Rose, Salted Caramel, Sicilian Pistachio, Strawberry Caramel, WD 64%, Milk Chocolate Caramel, Tropical Caramel and our newest flavor, Polynesian which is a Pineapple and Yuzu jelly with a Macadamia and Coconut Praline.
