WD Dubai Bar

Our version of the famous Dubai bar starts with a milk chocolate shell.  We then make the center with pistachio paste with vanilla beans and white chocolate.  Finally, we mix in toasted Kataifi and pipe into the bars and seal.  If you love pistachios, this is your bar with the nice crunchy texture of the kataifi.  The real vanilla beans help to add a beautiful aroma and balance to the bar.  It is a large filled bar (6 oz) and can easily be shared.
