Learn the fundamentals of making Bon Bons. This includes making the shells as well as a variety of fillings which include ganache and caramel. Learn to paint chocolate molds and then fill them. All classes will be held at our Belleair Bluffs location. 2790 West Bay Drive, Belleair Bluffs FL 33770
- Participants must make reservations in advance as space is limited and classes sell out quickly. All reservations require payment.
- All tools, equipment, & ingredients will be provided.
- We require participants wear minimal jewelry closed-toe shoes, & long pants. Aprons and hair nets will be provided.
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age (unless accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian)
- Must provide 24 hours notice should you need to cancel you reservation.
