All Things Puff Pastry - July 28th 6-9pm - Belleair Bluffs

Learn the fundamentals of using puff pastry for both sweet and savory applications.  In this class will make some classics like Mille-feuille (Napoleon in the US), Palmier (elephant ear), Fruit Tarte Tatin and a Puff-Puff (our combination of puff pastry and pate choux to create either a savory or sweet bite).  All classes will be held at our Belleair Bluffs location.  2790 West Bay Drive, Belleair Bluffs FL 33770

• Participants must make reservations in advance as space is limited and classes sell out quickly. All reservations require payment.
• All tools, equipment, & ingredients will be provided.
• We require participants wear minimal jewelry closed-toe shoes, & long pants. Aprons and hair nets will be provided.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age (unless accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian)
• Must provide 24 hours notice should you need to cancel you reservation.
