Jams & Spreads - August 4th 6-9pm - Belleair Bluffs

Learn the fundamentals of making jams and spreads.  In this class we will make 2 jams (Red Currant with Thyme and Honey and Pineapple-Vanilla Jam) and 2 spreads which include an incredible Spiced Caramel to enjoy on a variety of products such as bread, cake, cookies etc.   All classes will be held at our Belleair Bluffs location.  2790 West Bay Drive, Belleair Bluffs FL 33770

• Participants must make reservations in advance as space is limited and classes sell out quickly. All reservations require payment.
• All tools, equipment, & ingredients will be provided.
• We require participants wear minimal jewelry closed-toe shoes, & long pants. Aprons and hair nets will be provided.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age (unless accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian)
• Must provide 24 hours notice should you need to cancel you reservation.
